At GBP we recognise that while good advice and strategy is key, in many cases assistance may be required with implementation if the strategy is to deliver its full potential. It is our policy that all consultancy work is completed to a stage where the client is empowered to undertake implementation themselves or enabled to select a third party supplier.

However, in many instances clients wish us to continue to assist either by the ongoing provision of an implementation team, through the mentoring of staff, or by provision of an interim management solution.
